This struggle is particularly prevalent among students and recent graduates who are living solo and trying to maintain a budget, resulting in a reliance on takeout and limited home-cooked options.

The app was designed with a focus on meal planning by integrating dietary preferences with curated recipes, enhanced by AI tools like chat assist and ingredient scanning tool. I focused on understanding the common challenges of the primary user group who were new to cooking and designed the app features address their pain points. Looking ahead the app can be further evolved into a smart kitchen companion.
